Shanice wins Pure Beauty Trainee of the Year 2023

AN interest in beauty has led Shanice Green into a traineeship at Wood and Co Beauty in Stawell.
As part of her traineeship, Shanice is completing the Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy through South West TAFE.
“I’ve always had an interest in beauty and being able to provide a bit of self confidence in someone is something that I inspire to do for others,” she said.
Shanice said she loved her work and enjoyed being able to provide self-care and love for others.
She said she found the teachers at South West TAFE to be encouraging and the course work was easy to fit in with her day-to-day work.
Shanice was rewarded for her dedication by winning the Beauty Trainee of the Year at South West TAFE’s Pure Awards recently.
She said she was looking forward to continuing to develop her skills to become a salon manager in the future.
